Spanish National championship round 1

I am very happy to start with a victory the 2017 Spanish Championship! We made some mistakes, because the race allowed it, it was easy to fail, but despite that, we have managed to win, so it is a very good result. In the section 11 I made two mistakes: I was looking for the clean and I wanted to risk because I had enough points instead of securing, but I think I could have pass the section. I am very satisfied of how I have been riding in this first race of the National.

I have not started the race very well. In section 2 I made a mistake that has led me to add the first fiasco of the day. The sections were good, to make a good result, I think I have not gone wrong during most of the trial, but in the last two sections I have done fiasco in the two passes. Without them, I could have got myself into the podium area ... I think I wanted to go fast to finish without penalty and I did not concentrate well.

We started the Spanish championship with a bittersweet taste. For his part, Toni has done very well, as always, but Jaime ... is not what he expects nor the team. That is why we must continue working, although it will not be easy; today Gelabert has shown that the level of the other riders is increasing rapidly.
