Spanish Trial Championship, round 7

Today we ran without much pressure because we won the title in the previous race, so getting ahead has not been so traumatic. The terrain here has been spectacular, but the sections have ended up being easy and so, it has been difficult to mark the differences because it was also easy to make mistakes. In the end, it was a good race and a good final victory to complete a championship where I almost always came out in the opening group, and that complicates everything much more. Now it's time to change and start thinking about next season because in two weeks we started the indoor season and we have to be as prepared as much as possible.

The race went well, I came from behind, which was good, but I failed a little. There was also no time and I penalized two points for that. The final result is not bad, and although the podium of the championship has escaped for very little, I am happy with how it went.
It was a great experience with the Repsol Honda Team. I think that these three years I have learned a lot with the team, especially with my teammates Toni and Fuji. Thank you very much to all.

We finished the 2018 season with the last race of the Spanish Championship, not easy for anyone, because the different rules from the World Championship. The race has been a little peculiar today, but what we have to value is that Toni has won the championship by winning almost every race. It was a shame that Jaime was not able to finish third in the fight for the championship. From here I want to thank the three years that Jaime has been in the team. I think we have done great seasons, I want to thank you for the success Jaime have given us and wish you good luck in your new stage.
