This weekend, the city of Cahors (France) witnessed Toni Bou become X-Trial World Champion for the nineteenth time, making it a total of 37 world titles to his name. This milestone follows a brilliant season, in which the Repsol Honda rider has achieved five victories so far, clinching the crown with one round remaining in the indoor season.
Since joining Repsol Honda HRC in 2007, Bou has won every world title available and become the ultimate icon of the sport. Throughout his career, he has also claimed 18 titles in the TrialGP discipline, consolidating an unprecedented dominance in both outdoor and indoor competitions. His superiority is not limited to individual championships, as he has also been dominant in the Trial des Nations, where he has won 19 titles representing Spain.
The Montesa Cota 4RT rider’s stats are unmatched. With 120 X-Trial participations, he has been on the podium 106 times, a statistic that reflects his consistency and high competitive level.
