The Repsol Honda Team rider has three consecutive victories so far and tops the overall standings. Gabriel Marcelli is third with 39 points.
The X-Trial World Championship arrives in Geneva, Switzerland, this weekend for the fourth round of the season, and the last event before the series takes a break for the beginning of the outdoor World Championship. Toni Bou is the leader in the overall standings with a 22-point advantage over nearest rival Jaime Busto. Gabriel Marcelli closes the Top 3 with his results so far.
Bou has 65 points after winning every round contested to date, giving him three consecutive victories. The current champion of the indoor series will try to keep up his perfect record and claim a fourth win on the bounce this season, and the Montesa Cota 4RT rider has previously competed twice in Geneva -taking first place both times.
Rounding off the Top 3 is Marcelli, with 39 points. The Repsol Honda Team rider is targeting a first race victory this weekend on his first visit to the Swiss city. This year, he has been on the podium at every event, placing third in the inaugural round at the Palau Sant Jordi (Barcelona), second in Chalon-Sur-Saône (France) and third in Nice (France).
The action will begin at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Geneva Arena.

“We are having a very good first part of the season. The team have worked hard during the winter to achieve the best results and at the moment things are going well for us, although we know that we have to go step-by-step and not get complacent. In the indoor competition everything happens very quickly and one mistake can take you out of the final, so it is important to stay focused. I have good memories of my performances in Switzerland, with brilliant results and very good zones, and the objective will be to fight for another victory.”

“I'm looking forward to the weekend. It's my first time competing in Switzerland and I would like to be able to debut with a victory. We have been close to winning at several events this year, but we have always ended up narrowly missing out, so it would be an extra boost to go into the Indoor season break with a great result. It will be an important weekend and we will also try to put extra pressure on our rivals, in order to face the TrialGP World Championship and the remainder of the Spanish Championship at the highest level.”

“Toni has started the season very well, with three consecutive victories and only one dropped point so far, so I'm very happy. This weekend in Switzerland we will look to achieve the best result we can, and we are on the right path. Gabri has not been off the podium all season and has been at a great level. He still needs to take that final step and get a win, and this will be the objective in Switzerland. It will be important to get a good result to go into the TrialGP break with maximum motivation.”
